Mahatma Gandhi says, “Our future depends on what we do today.” There will be new dynamics of future jobs. Research Director of the Institute of the Future, Devin Fidler says, “There are some overarching shifts poised to change the nature of work itself over the next decade”. In this fast-changing and complex job market, Economics, Engineering and Computer Science has grown increasingly acmatic in countries, fueling their scope in all over the world. The World Economic Forum calls these new dynamics as “The Fourth Industrial Revolution” that results in what they indicate “major disruptions to labor markets. So the jobs of future will be mostly related to Economics and Information Technology and Health Care.

Economics – the study of management of resources and monetary problems – will be much more important. In Future, there will be job demand for economists. They conduct researches and monitor economic trends and develop forecasts. In addition, need for management consultants will be high. Management consultants actually help organizations as well governments improve their performance by reducing costs of goods and making savings. Besides, The World Economic Forum (WEF) surveyed thousands of CEOs from around the globe and across various industries, and the overwhelming majority agreed that data analysts were on the top of their ‘to hire’ list. Data analyst will also be given high priority because humans currently generate a ton of data. In fact, an IDC (International Data Corporation) study projects that by 2020, every human on the planet will generate nearly 1.7 megabytes of new data every second of every day. Data analysts determine technical issues and design reports to organize and analyze data.

Information Technology experts and engineers will be in red-hot demand. Programmers, software developers and information security analysts will be particularly important. Computer related engineering will be given importance in future. The demand for Computer engineer will be up. Technology mogul Bill Gates says that if he had his time again, he will drop out of college for these three promising fields: Artificial Intelligence, Energy and Biotechnology. Software developers and engineers solve the complex problems of softwares, Artificial Intelligence and hardware and so far. Software engineers will be wanted because it’s fast-growing occupation with a high salary. They do programming of computers , make video game and operating systems. Indeed, environmental engineers will come in the markets. They use science and engineering principles to improve the environment.

On the other hand, the career for Health Care will be important. Its dynamics will be changed. Robotic surgical equipment, telemedicine and other forms of automation will change how some health care is delivered. Problems of mental health like anxiety and excessive depression are rapidly growing. In future job demands for child psychologists will be on climax to actually analyze and diagnose mental and emotional behavior of children. Basic life support (BLS) found that hot fields includes medical technicians, physical therapists, and workplace ergonomics experts and veterinarians will also be in demand. Likewise, counseling psychologists will be prioritized everywhere. They focus on educational, developmental, emotional and social behavior of people to encourage them and motivate them. Cognitive neuroscientists will be needed because of examination of brain functions conducting research on how why human think and behave.

Consequently, the jobs of the future will be partially and systematically shifted towards the new dimensions in the world of job market. We should be prepared for its new future modalties. As American Businesswoman Laurene Powell Jobs says, “There is a huge gap between what students want for their future and what their schools are offering”
