Ghotki, Sindh: Primary School of village Wali Mohammad Buriro in union council Bereri of District and Tehsil Ghotki is closed since 2002, The children of the area have no other option then staying out of the school, villager told Sindh Post.

While Talking to Sindh post a villager Noor ud Din said, we have a building and a teacher but school is being used as a guest house by teacher. we are poor and can’t afford sending our children to private schools.

He further said that the teacher also belongs to his village but he has never taken any classes in last 15 years, he uses school building as his own property and has turned school into his own Otaq (guest house).

In government records our school is operational and gets funds as per procedure. The teacher also withdraws his salary regularly but education is missing, said Noor

The villagers have demanded the secretary education Sindh Mr Syed Jamal Mustafa to take necessary action and make their school operational as their children can also get education.
