Quetta: The government of Balochistan spent 3.425 million rupees on the dinner arrangement of 15 VVIP’s, 35 VIP’s and rest of the 350 guests.

As per the copy of the official letter written by Mr Parvez Hussain, the food & beverage manager at Serena Hotel Quetta, to the finance secretary of the province,  The Prime minister was due at DC rest house Pishin on Dec 13, 2016 and a small gathering of 350 persons was arranged.

As per the context of the letter, it cleary indicates the agreement of both the parties for the payment.

Balochistan is considered as one of the most backward province of Pakistan lacking basic necessities for majority of its people.
